We are looking for a sharp, business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our elite legal team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end legal support for complex international projects, strategic commercial agreements, and large-scale project finance transactions. This is a unique opportunity to take an active role in the growth of a leading, entrepreneurial global company operating in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.

• Project & Corporate Finance: Lead, draft, and manage complex Project Finance and corporate finance transactions with leading banks and financial institutions in Israel and globally.
• Commercial Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international commercial agreements, including Supply Equipment, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), O&M (Operations & Maintenance), Joint Ventures, and M&A transactions.
• Ongoing Corporate Advisory: Provide ongoing, proactive legal and commercial counsel to senior management and the business development teams on corporate and commercial matters.
• Global Interface Management: Supervise and collaborate with external international law firms across various jurisdictions, ensuring seamless alignment between local regulatory requirements and the company’s business goals.

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience as a commercial/finance attorney at a top-tier law firm OR within the legal department of a global corporation.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in structuring and executing complex financing agreements (strong preference for experience in the infrastructure or energy sectors).
• Language Skills: Native-level English (written and verbal) with exceptional drafting and negotiation skills – A Must.
• Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized academic institution.
