KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transactions Execution:
- Operate transactions such as transfers, orders, label printing, invoice printing, dispatching, etc. to facilitate the workflow.
- Resolve minor problems with warehouse management in order to avoid discrepancies.
- Prepare a daily journal consisting of the end of day sales report for all warehouses and sales teams.
- Adjust the stocks after getting approval from concerned commercial stakeholders in order to satisfy marketing purposes and/or stock adjustments.
- Print barcodes for HOLDAL’s products to facilitate the work process.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- High School or Technical Degree.
- 2 years of experience in Logistics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Arabic. Basic knowledge of English.
- Great attention to details.
