Operations Coordinator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Coordinator role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Operations Coordinator will support daily operational processes related to money transfers, digital wallets, FX, and prepaid card services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Responsibilities include monitoring transaction workflows, maintaining operational records, coordinating with internal teams (such as finance, compliance, and customer support), and helping to resolve operational issues. The role involves responding to operational inquiries, preparing routine reports, updating internal systems and documentation, and contributing to process improvements. The operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with team members and managers to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong operations and coordination skills, with experience supporting daily financial or service operations.
• Solid analytical skills to review data, identify trends or discrepancies, and support continuous process improvement.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM or operations platforms, and spreadsheets; familiarity with fintech or payments is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in operations, finance, or a related field; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo and collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team.
