A leading defense company is seeking a Project Manager!

Job Description & Profile:

The Product Design and Human Factors Engineering team works to integrate design processes and human factors engineering as an integral part of the engineering process for product development. The team also provides tools, methodologies, and processes for implementing user-centered design and serves as a professional authority within the organization.

The Project Manager role is a managerial position הכולל:

• Strong analytical, comprehension, and communication skills
• Broad implementation of methodologies and work processes across division projects
• Continuous and close monitoring of implementation by selected vendors
• Management of multiple subcontractors and oversight of design processes across numerous projects
• Collaboration with specification (UX) teams and development teams
• Building and structuring project teams as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Design (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or fields related to UX such as Psychology or Human Factors Engineering)
• Experience in system specification and working with development teams and product managers
• Assertive and communicative – able to present and explain ideas and concepts clearly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Familiarity with UX/UI design processes
• Familiarity with industrial design processes
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven responsibility
• Self-driven and proactive
