A technology company operating in a defense environment is seeking a UI/UX System Interface Design Lead

For a key role within the engineering organization, involving cross-functional responsibility for adapting complex systems to professional end users, while integrating usability and human factors engineering considerations into development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX interface design and human factors engineering domain at the organizational level
• Define and implement principles, methodologies, and standards for working with complex systems
• Integrate user-centered considerations into system-level decisions throughout the product lifecycle
• Work closely with system engineering, development, software, and project management teams
• Manage and provide professional guidance to external stakeholders across multiple parallel projects
• Develop tools, templates, and professional knowledge for cross-organizational use
• Provide ongoing professional guidance and consulting to designers and managers

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree: Human Factors Engineering / Design / Cognitive Psychology / Systems Specification (UX)
• Significant experience working with complex systems in an engineering environment
• Strong system thinking and ability to lead professionally in a multi-interface environment
• High level of English proficiency
• Military service – mandatory
