Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Growth role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Head of Growth will own the growth strategy across the funnel, from awareness to activation, retention, and expansion, with a focus on measurable, scalable impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing multi-channel growth experiments, optimizing user acquisition and onboarding flows, and partnering with product and engineering to improve conversion and engagement. The role will also manage and refine Genpire’s growth stack, analyze performance data, and translate insights into clear, prioritized roadmaps. In addition, the Head of Growth will collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development to align messaging, refine targeting, and identify new growth opportunities and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, including designing, testing, and scaling data-driven experiments.
- Strong track record in Customer Acquisition, including performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify, nurture, and close high-impact opportunities.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with growth analytics tools, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional growth initiatives in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align product, sales, and marketing around growth priorities.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, experimental environment and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or product development tools—and familiarity with consumer goods or manufacturing workflows—is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Hebrew and additional languages are beneficial.
