Chief Information Officer

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CIO to lead the Information Systems function for a global consumer products company. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will drive the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation, AI and automation initiatives, and cybersecurity framework, enabling business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead all IS domains: applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and IT operations
• Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and innovation initiatives
• Lead AI and automation strategy, including governance, adoption, and implementation
• Oversee enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI, digital platforms) and ensure optimization
• Manage IT budget, vendors, and sourcing strategies
• Establish governance, project portfolio management, and technology roadmaps
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity programs
• Build and lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability
• Advise executive leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and investments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA – advantage)
• 10+ years of senior IT leadership experience, including CIO/IT Director roles
• Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and enterprise IT strategy
• Strong background in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) and global environments
• Experience in IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, and cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and process transformation
