System Analyst

We are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join a leading organization and take part in designing, analyzing, and delivering complex cross-organizational systems and business processes.

This is a highly dynamic role involving close collaboration with business users, development teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders across the organization. The role requires strong analytical thinking, deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable technological solutions.

The position is fully onsite at the company headquarters in the northern Sharon area.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical system requirements
• Write clear and detailed functional and technical specification documents
• Design and define cross-system processes and integrations
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders through full lifecycle delivery
• Support development, QA, and implementation phases
• Handle ongoing system requests, issues, and user support
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Lead cross-organizational projects from requirements stage through production deployment
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors

Requirement

• sBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field – require
• d3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a multi-user enterprise environment – require
