Junior IT / Cloud Specialist - 235226

A leading defense company is looking for a Junior IT / Cloud Specialist!

A dynamic and challenging technological role, combining technical support and service to company employees alongside working with advanced cloud and cybersecurity technologies

.Responsibilities

• :Provide technical support to organizational users (Tier 2) - troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• .Manage and operate a hybrid environment (On-Prem + Cloud): users, computers, groups, and permissions
• .Work with cloud environments (AWS / Azure) - creating virtual machines, managing storage, and monitoring resources
• .Use AI tools to improve processes and technical support
• .Document processes and participate in cross-organizational technology projects

.Requirements

• :1-2 years of experience in Tier 1/2 technical support
• .Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• .Ability to troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• .Familiarity with cloud services - advantage for AWS/Azure knowledge
• .High service orientation, teamwork ability, and good English
