This role sits at the center of how we hire and how it feels to work here.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, fast, hands-on person to lead the HR function for our group HQ (around 450 employees), with talent acquisition and core operations as the focus. This is not a heavy, process-first mandate, and it is not a strategic title in name only. It is a real operating role: get great people in the door, and keep the day-to-day HR machine running smoothly so the business can move.
This role operates at the top management level, with the room and the trust to build a modern HR function your way, including leading the Talent Acquisition department - a Talent Acquisition Manager and a team of 3 Talent Acquisition specialists. We care far more about how good you are, how clearly you think, and how fast you move than about how many years sit on your CV.
What You Will Own
Talent acquisition (your core mandate)
- Own end-to-end hiring for HQ across commercial, marketing, finance, technology and data, e-commerce, and operations
- Lead the Talent Acquisition department: a Talent Acquisition Manager and 3 Talent Acquisition specialists
- Build sourcing, screening, and a hiring experience that is fast and high quality
- Strengthen how Irani Group shows up to candidates as a place top people want to join
HR operations
- Run the HR backbone: onboarding, the employee lifecycle, HR systems and data, and the basics of contracts and compliance
- Keep it reliable, simple, and quick, so managers and employees are never slowed down
Manager and employee partnership
- Be the trusted go-to for HQ managers on everyday people questions: hiring, structure, feedback, and the calls that come up in a fast-moving business
Employee experience and growth
- Help keep HQ a place people are excited to be, and grow the offering around development and learning sensibly as the group scales
Scope note: this role covers group HQ. Recruitment and management of store and retail field teams sit elsewhere.
Who You Are

The non-negotiables
- Sharp and quick. You think clearly, learn fast, and figure things out on your own
- Hands-on and high ownership. You do the work, not just design it for others
- Strong instincts about people and good judgment under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change. You like building and iterating, not running a fixed playbook
- Some experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR. Real capability matters more to us than years
- Proven people management experience - you have led a team and know how to develop others
- Fluent Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- In-house recruiting experience, ideally in tech, startup, or high-growth environments
- Exposure to premium retail, fashion, or consumer brands
- Experience setting up or upgrading an HR function from an early stage
