Role Description

We are recruiting a team of 4 IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians and 2 supervisors per rotation for a 3-month project on the Karish platform, offshore Israel. The work runs on a 28/28 rotation (28 days on, 28 days off), starting during July 2026.

The main scope is cable pulling and installation at height, using a range of tools and lifting equipment. You will work as part of a rope access team in a demanding offshore environment, under strict safety protocols and the supervision of an IRATA Level 3.

Requirements (all must be valid and in date)

• IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
• BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training).
• OGUK offshore medical.
• Hands-on experience with work tools and lifting equipment: magnetic drill, lifting systems, winches, and chain blocks / lever hoists (pull-lifts).
• Experience in cable pulling operations: a strong advantage.
• Ability to work a 28/28 offshore rotation in a high-risk environment.
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, and strong teamwork.
• Good communication and problem-solving under pressure.
