The Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Israel. This isn't a traditional backend role — you'll build end-to-end agentic systems that operate robots in real environments, from high-level task reasoning down to physical-world execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core decision-making systems that determine robot behavior
• Build and maintain end-to-end systems from backend services and APIs, to real-time robot execution
• Design and implement agentic architectures — state/memory management and model integration
• Select, integrate, and optimize models for real-time robot compute
• Debug and improve live systems based on real-world behavior, not just logs
• Own the full lifecycle: prototyping → deployment → iteration
• Work closely with AI, robotics, and product teams to ensure systems are robust, safe, and actually work in production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent strong experience)
• Solid systems fundamentals: OS, networking, concurrency, distributed systems
• Comfortable working across backend, infrastructure, AI, and real-world constraints
• Proven end-to-end production systems experience
• Strong Python skills (or similar), clean, production-quality code
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-based workflows in real applications
• High ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• On-device / edge model deployment (GPU)
• Robotics or distributed systems background
• Experience with physical-world systems
