Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a CRM Project Manager and Systems Analyst for a leading organization in Gush Dan.

Lead CRM specification and implementation processes, connecting business needs with effective technology solutions across a complex organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead CRM system specification and implementation.

Analyze business processes, identify gaps, refine requirements, and define value-based use cases.

Write functional specifications and translate business needs into clear system requirements.

Prioritize requirements and define the project roadmap.

Manage the project end-to-end, from need definition to successful implementation.

Work closely with business units, development teams, and all relevant stakeholders.

Monitor development, solution quality, and alignment with business needs.

Support users during implementation and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a CRM Systems Analyst.

8+ years of experience managing cross-organizational software projects, with a focus on CRM.

Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field.

Deep understanding of service and sales processes.

Strong experience writing high-level functional requirements.

Experience working closely with development teams.

Experience leading complex cross-organizational integrative processes.

Familiarity with the healthcare domain is an advantage.
