Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Financial PMO for Information Systems for a government organization in Jerusalem.

An opportunity to manage, control, and optimize large-scale technology project budgets while supporting complex IT projects and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and optimize budgets for computing and technology projects.

Support complex technology projects and track execution against plans.

Work with business and technology stakeholders.

Manage an annual budget of hundreds of millions of NIS.

Perform financial controls and budget monitoring.

Work with vendors, contracts, and engagements.

Build control methodologies.

Support FinOps processes for cloud cost management and optimization as part of the Nimbus project.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing computing and technology projects.

At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Merkava in the financial module.

Experience managing significant budgets and financial controls.

Experience working with vendors and engagements.

Familiarity with cloud economics, FinOps, and cloud cost management.

Familiarity with the Nimbus project.

Strong Excel skills and experience analyzing financial data.
