Technology Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Senior Technology Project Manager!

About the role:

• Lead and coordinate a large-scale technology project end-to-end
• Manage and oversee a team of project managers and external vendors
• Connect methodological requirements with complex technological solutions
• Manage integration across information systems, infrastructure, and data domains
• Oversee work plans, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with analysts, statisticians, developers, and senior stakeholders
• Drive complex data collection projects with multiple interfaces

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of project managers
• Proven experience working with external vendors
• Experience managing development teams and controlling work plans, budgets, and timelines
• Hands-on experience leading complex multi-interface data collection projects
• Significant advantage for experience in transportation, GIS, or statistical survey domains
• Advantage for experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong system-wide perspective and excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders, inter-ministerial interfaces, analysts, statisticians, and developers
