An opportunity to lead multi-channel communication activities and manage the technological and operational aspects of digital communication systems in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage multi-channel communication processes.

Lead the technological and operational activity of the organization’s digital communication systems.

Manage a technology or operations team.

Work with advanced Marketing Automation platforms.

Manage cloud-based data infrastructures.

Support real-time data processing processes using Kafka and KSQL.

Manage data processes and work extensively with SQL.

Lead omnichannel processes, including WhatsApp Business integrations.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience managing a technology or operations team.

Proven experience with Microsoft Marketing Automation and Unica.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with Kafka and KSQL for real-time data processing.

Strong SQL skills and experience managing data processes.

Experience with omnichannel processes, including WhatsApp Business integrations.
