Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Process and Systems Analyst for the Capital Markets team at a leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion.

An opportunity to work in a dynamic financial environment, analyzing business needs, defining workflows, and supporting business and technological interfaces in the capital markets domain.

Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements.

Analyze and define work processes, information systems, and business and technological interfaces in the capital markets domain.

Work with financial systems, trading systems, B2C and B2B processes, and self-service processes.

Collaborate with external partners and internal business stakeholders.

Manage meetings with multiple participants.

Support product challenges throughout the full product lifecycle.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis or product management in the banking and capital markets domain.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Information Systems.

Experience working with multiple business and technological stakeholders.
