Bookkeeper – Maternity Leave Replacement

Reports to: Controller

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

Duration: 9-month maternity leave replacement

What will you do?

• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain AP ledgers
• Execute payments to suppliers (bank transfers)
• Manage ongoing communication with suppliers and internal departments
• Handle discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting
  
  

Requirements:

What should you have?

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable
• Experience with accounting software – Oracle is an advantage
  
  

Skills

• Bookkeeping certificate Level 2 – a must; Level 3 – an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
