Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager & System Analyst to join a leading technology organization and take part in the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end projects from requirements gathering and analysis through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Conduct business and technical system analysis for complex enterprise-wide projects.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Lead cross-functional processes and coordinate between business stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and development teams.

• Research and analyze data, prepare insights, and present findings and recommendations to management.

• Define system solutions, interfaces, APIs, and integration requirements.

• Manage priorities, timelines, and multiple parallel workstreams in complex environments.

• Drive initiatives independently while influencing diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization), or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and Complex Systems Analysis.

• Proven experience writing functional and technical specification documents.

• Hands-on experience analyzing and defining integrations, APIs, and enterprise interfaces.

• Strong SQL and/or NoSQL skills, including writing complex queries for data analysis and research purposes.
