Senior SAP HR Implementer | Holon | Leading Organization
Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Senior SAP HR Implementer for a leading organization in Holon.
An opportunity to join a professional SAP environment and take part in analysis, specification, customization, and support of SAP HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, specify, and customize SAP HR solutions.
Understand client needs and translate them into system solutions.
Analyze and support business processes.
Perform SAP customization.
Write detailed specification documents.
Work with multiple interfaces across the organization.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR implementation, customization, and support.
Hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP HR modules: PA, OM, PB, and TE.
Knowledge and experience with the attendance module, including writing schemas and rules.
Ability to read ABAP code is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various interfaces.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
