Join a 24/7 operational environment and take part in monitoring, controlling, and supporting enterprise computing systems in a large-scale financial organization.

Responsibilities

:Operate and monitor enterprise computing systems in a 24/7 shift-based environment

.Monitor and identify issues in control systems

.Analyze the nature of incidents and understand their operational impact

.Provide solutions for technical issues or escalate them to the relevant teams

.Distribute ongoing reports and updates to clients and technology division employees

.Manage and operate the incident process from initial identification through final approval for closure

.
Requirement

s:At least 2 years of experience in a NOC or System tea

m.Experience working in a large organization with hundreds of users or mor

e.Knowledge of Windows operating system

s.Knowledge of communication protocol

s.Familiarity with VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, databases, and cloud service

s.Experience working with monitoring and control system

s.Experience investigating system-wide incident
