Network Engineer

Comblack is hiring a Network & Information Security Engineer!

About the role:

• Manage, maintain, and develop network and information security infrastructures
• Design and implement secure network solutions for large-scale enterprise environments
• Work with advanced communication and security technologies
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across network environments
• Lead architecture design processes and write technical documents such as HLD, LLD, RFP, RFI, and SOW
• Operate and manage network and security solutions in GCP cloud environments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network traffic and performance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Strong expertise in Routing & Switching with Cisco switches and routers, Layer 2/3
• Experience managing and maintaining Firewalls such as CheckPoint, Palo Alto, and Fortigate
• Experience working with Load Balancers such as F5 or Alteon
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols: BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, UDP, GRE, and IPSEC
• Experience designing and implementing secure networks in large organizations
• Experience with remote customer connectivity solutions such as IPSEC, IPVPN, and METRO
• Experience defining architecture and writing HLD, LLD, RFP, RFI, and SOW documents
• Experience managing and operating network and information security solutions in GCP cloud environments
• Proficiency with traffic monitoring and control tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Grafana, Wireshark, and traceroute
