Oracle HCM Implementer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Implementer (Techno-Functional) to join a leading organization and take part in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

This is a hands-on implementation role focused on configuration, customization, integrations, reporting, and data migration activities within Oracle HCM. The position does not involve software development from scratch, but rather technical implementation using Oracle HCM's standard tools and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle HCM solutions based on business requirements
• Define and maintain system configurations, business processes, validation rules, and workflows
• Implement functional and technical enhancements using Oracle HCM standard tools
• Perform functional and technical testing of implemented solutions
• Build and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Analyze data and support business reporting requirements
• Implement and support inbound and outbound integrations within Oracle HCM
• Configure data structures, fields, and validations according to integration specifications
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to integrations and data loads
• Participate in the implementation of Core HR and additional HCM modules
• Work closely with HR teams, IT teams, and external implementation partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle HCM – Mandatory
• Proven experience in Oracle HCM configuration and implementation – Mandatory
• Experience with one or more of the following tools: HCM Extract, HDL, REST APIs, Data Loads
• Strong understanding of Core HR processes and Oracle HCM data model – Mandatory
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and implementation vendors
• Experience in Oracle HCM implementation projects – Significant advantage
• Experience supporting HR data migration projects – Significant advantage
• Experience working in large or multi-company organizations – Advantage
