Head of Engineering - Digital

Comblack is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the digital development organization!

The role includes:

• Leading the digital development domain across Web, Mobile, and Backend
• Managing managers, team leads, and developers
• Taking full end-to-end ownership of delivery
• Working in Microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud-native environments
• Leading engineering standards, DevOps practices, and engineering excellence
• Improving developer productivity and implementing AI tools within the software development lifecycle
• Driving large-scale technology transformation processes

Requirements:

• Significant experience managing complex development organizations
• Experience managing managers and multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong background in architecture, scalability, and modern platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and Cloud
• Ability to drive change, connect teams, and influence at an organizational level
• Significant advantage for experience in financial or regulated organizations
