Overall responsibility for financial reporting, budgetary control, cost management and cost analysis in the company, with the aim of providing reliable, accurate and available financial and economic information for the purpose of making managerial decisions, improving profitability and business control.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for costing
• Responsibility for the closing processes of the financial statements in the subsidiaries.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements, tax reports and monthly reporting.
• Responsibility for implementing financial processes in the company.
• Building an annual budget and preparing annual and three-year forecasts
• Budgetary control over R&D projects and chief scientist.
• Cash management, drafting a plan for hedging currency rates, controlling the preparation of payments.
• Approval of purchase orders and financial management with suppliers, approval of payments, price control and contracts.
• Characterization and definition of work and control processes, infrastructures, internal reporting and building management reports and their implementation.

• Full responsibility for pricing existing and new products.
• Maintenance, control and updating of standard costs in the ERP system.
• Analysis of production costs, raw materials, labor, overhead and profitability.
• Analysis of gaps between standard cost and actual cost and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Project pricing, price quotes and tenders.
• Building profitability reports by product lines, customers, product families and business units.
• Economic analysis of projects, Investments, inventory and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting - Certified Public Accountant - Preference for Big 4 graduates
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of finance, of which at least two years in the role of assistant accountant in an industrial company
• Experience working with an ERP system, Priority preferred
• Full command of Excel
• Full command of English.
• Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts and management reports.
