Team Lead Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead Architect to join our Tel Aviv studio.

This is a key position for an experienced architect with strong design sensibility, technical understanding and the ability to lead people, projects and processes.

The role includes leading architectural teams, developing design work, coordinating with consultants and clients, and taking responsibility for the quality, progress and clarity of the project across different stages.

We are looking for someone serious, ambitious and design-driven, with the confidence to lead and the sensitivity to work as part of a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects and internal teams through different design stages

Develop design concepts, drawings, models, presentations and project documentation

Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and internal team members

Review drawings, planning material and design deliverables

Manage project workflow, deadlines and team priorities

Support and mentor younger architects

Take part in design discussions, client meetings and project presentations

Maintain a high level of architectural quality, precision and professionalism

Requirements

Degree in Architecture

Minimum 6 years of professional experience

Experience leading projects or architectural teams

Strong design, planning and technical abilities

Experience working across concept design, planning and detailed design stages

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment

Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite and presentation tools

Professional level Hebrew and English

Experience in international studios or complex projects is an advantage
