Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a highly technical Product Manager to lead a strategic developer platform and drive impactful change across engineering teams.

Working in a product-driven environment, you will be deeply integrated with development and engineering teams, contributing to core initiatives around internal developer platforms, engineering standards, and advanced AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Own product lifecycle end-to-end, including roadmap definition, backlog management, and delivery execution
• Lead the transition from legacy, in-house solutions to modern, scalable open-source-based approaches
• Drive the integration of engineering standards and advanced AI capabilities into product workflows
• Lead product discovery efforts in close collaboration with engineering teams, continuously improving developer experience
• Align and prioritize initiatives across multiple domains, balancing innovation, standardization, and business impact
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and implement improvements in engineering practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner, with end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of development processes, combined with solid business and user-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to work closely with development teams, define requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver value-driven outcomes
• Experience in planning and managing work processes, identifying cross-functional gaps, bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvements
• Strong system thinking, with the ability to connect infrastructure, development methodologies, and AI capabilities
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, cloud environments, and modern engineering practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, work across multiple stakeholders, and drive execution in complex environments
• Experience in platform / infrastructure products – advantage
• Leadership or mentoring experience – advantage
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) – advantage
