We are a small, dynamic team based in Tel Aviv and NY, looking for a talented and motivated Junior Creative Video Editor to join us for a temporary position (7–8 months).

If you have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for social media trends, and a hunger to learn how data drives creative success, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Working closely with our Creative and Marketing teams, you will help brainstorm and create high-performing video ads that elevate our brand's presence in the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in video editing or creative asset creation (internship, freelance, or agency experience in digital marketing is a huge plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) – Must.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of creative marketing trends on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) – Must.
• Mindset & Soft Skills: Creative, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and a natural problem solver with an eye for detail. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with the US market and American consumer culture.
• Experience incorporating AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Runway, or video AI features) into the creative workflow.

Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Creation: Edit engaging, high-converting video ads (primarily for paid social) and brand assets, ensuring high aesthetic standards.
• Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Creative and Content teams to brainstorm new concepts, storyboard ideas, and iterate on existing ads based on performance data.
• Trend Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of social media (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts) to identify viral hooks, formats, and trending topics relevant to our audience.
• UGC Assistance: Assist in writing creative briefs for UGC (User-Generated Content) creators, review raw footage, and help implement feedback to get the best final results.
• Asset Optimization: Support the team by resizing, versioning, and optimizing video assets for various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).
