CFO | Import, Distribution & Electronics Group

This role requires previous CFO/Finance Director experience in import, distribution or trading organizations.

A leading and well-established group operating in the electrical and electronics sector is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.

The CFO will lead all financial activities across the group and serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, supporting growth, profitability, operational excellence and long-term business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance, accounting, controllership and treasury activities
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Manage cash flow, working capital and credit management
• Lead relationships and negotiations with banks, financing institutions and credit providers
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls
• Lead financial risk management and business performance monitoring
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency and profitability initiatives
• Support strategic decision-making, investments and business growth plans
• Lead and develop finance, accounting and control teams
• Oversee ERP and financial information systems

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience
• Proven experience as CFO or Finance Director
• Experience in import, distribution or trading companies
• Strong experience managing banking relationships and financing negotiations
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, costing and financial control
• Experience managing cash flow, working capital and credit operations
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
