UCT is looking for a talented Customer Solutions Spec II to join us in Israel!
The Customer Solutions Specialist II is a key partner who manages complex customer orders, resolves issues, and drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. This role leads customer communications, analyzes performance metrics, and supports quoting, billing, and return processes. By proactively managing expectations and nurturing relationships, the specialist enhances customer satisfaction, supports operational efficiency, and contributes to business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer communications – 50%
- SIMI and management systems – 20%
- Support in supervision of production departments with emphasis to Shipping and Receiving department – 20%
- Management of the quarantine area and process – 10%
- Notify and support the production for any required priorities
- Communicate to customer on daily basis in case of special requests.
- Compose and communicate DMRs
- Acknowledge customer PO’s and shipments (OEM).
- Participate and attend in customer meetings regarding logistic issue (and according to production manager directives).
- QC systems update of SIMI and systems data maintenance.
- OPS relevant data collection and communication.
- WIP validation.
- Improve workflow and proficiency in the department.
- Working with shift supervisor on daily production plan according to customer needs.
- Communicate DMR request according to production BKM.
- Update over SIMI any DMR according to WO and production BKM.
- Repair loop management - Shipping management and shipping of customer repair kits abroad/in Israel.
- Computer skills, Excel in good level (Vlookup,PIVOT..)
- Great communication skills
- Good expression ability
- Multi-tasking
- Readiness working from home (with laptop and phone/massage support) at evening hours, Friday’s morning, Saturday nights
- First degree from known academical institute
Work Experience:
- Advantage – experience in semi- conductor or parts clean industry at technical or office role.
