Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Controller role based in Migdal HaEmek. The Controller will oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards. The role includes managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes; preparing management reports; and analyzing variances to support decision-making. The Controller will monitor cash flow, manage cost accounting and inventory valuation, and support pricing, bids, and project profitability analyses. Responsibilities also include coordinating with external auditors, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, improving financial controls and processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and procurement to support business growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with monthly and annual closing, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and cash flow management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with large data sets.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, with experience supporting audits and implementing internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proven ability to collaborate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to support pricing, contracts, and project profitability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in industrial equipment, capital goods, or manufacturing companies is highly beneficial.
