This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Infrastructure and Construction Supervisor will oversee and manage data center deployment projects, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within project timelines. Day-to-day tasks will include supervising on-site activities, conducting inspections, maintaining construction safety protocols, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with all required standards and regulations.

• Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing on-site teams
• Expertise in Site Supervision and oversight of construction activities
• Strong Communication skills for liaising between stakeholders, contractors, and team members
• Proficiency in Inspection practices to ensure quality control and compliance with standards
• Knowledge and application of Construction Safety regulations and best practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in data center construction projects is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in relevant industry tools and software is a plus
