Director / Senior Technical Product Manager

ppltx is a tech-driven mobile apps publisher specializing in hyper-casual and hybrid-

casual games, powered by an innovative monetization engine.

We’re looking for a Director / Senior Technical Product Manager to lead products that power

game monetization, analytics, live operations, and growth infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a senior product leader with strong technical orientation, proven product

ownership, and the ability to work closely with engineering, data, infrastructure, and business

teams in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

• Own product strategy and outcomes across monetization, analytics, live ops tooling, and

growth infrastructure.

• Drive execution from discovery to launch: define problems, KPIs, PRDs, roadmaps,

priorities, and success metrics.

• Lead complex technical product initiatives with R&D, data, BI, UA/growth, game teams, biz-dev, and operations.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements, user stories, technical flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Align multiple teams and startup-like squads around shared priorities, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Use data, experiments, stakeholder feedback, and competitive research to guide product decisions.
• Communicate product direction clearly through specs, narratives, tradeoffs, and status updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B / B2C / mobile / consumer apps; mobile gaming is a strong plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior PM, Product Lead, or Director-level product owner.
• Strong technical skills and experience working closely with engineering, backend, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Solid understanding of servers, networking concepts, APIs, network protocols, virtual machines, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and system architecture.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies, AI-assisted workflows, and vibe-coding approaches to prototype, move faster, and communicate better with technical teams.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable impact on revenue, retention, ARPDAU, LTV, engagement, cost efficiency, or operational performance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and ability to influence without authority.
• Analytical, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a high-velocity environment.

Advantage

• Experience in mobile gaming, monetization, ads / IAA, or hybrid monetization: IAA + IAP.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Looker, Amplitude, Firebase, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience building internal tools or platforms such as live ops systems, dashboards, automation tools, or campaign systems.
• Experience managing or mentoring PMs, or owning product strategy across multiple domains.
