Role Description The Information Technology System Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hadera. In this position, you will provide hands-on technical support to end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner. You will handle day-to-day system administration activities such as user account management, system monitoring, backups, patching, and maintaining server and workstation environments. The role includes configuring and maintaining network and security components, assisting with incident response, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with other technical team members, document configurations and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology and System Administration, including operating systems, user management, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of Network Security principles, including firewalls, access control, antivirus/anti-malware, and security best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Hadera, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize issues based on business impact.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) and experience in cloud or virtualized environments are highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• familiarity with Microsoft licensing or enterprise tools is an advantage.
