Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petah Tikva for a Chief Operating Officer ("סמנכ״ל תפעול") at NONO Group. The COO will oversee daily business operations, drive strategic and operational initiatives, and ensure efficiency across all brands and functions. Responsibilities include leading operations management, formulating business strategies, managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous optimization of the group's services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans for growth.
• Proven experience in Operations Management and overseeing multi-brand or multi-location business activities.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating KPIs and optimizing operations.
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources effectively and ensure financial stability.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and collaborate across departments.
• Experience in the culinary, hospitality, or F&B sector is a strong advantage.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for delivering excellence in hospitality.

 סמנכ"ל/ית תפעול (COO) 

• ניהול, סנכרון והובלת המערך האופרטיבי, הלוגיסטי והמסחרי הרחב של הקבוצה. התפקיד מהווה זרוע מטה מרכזית התומכת בפיתוח העסקי של החברה ובפעילות השוטפת של המפעלים והאתרים, תוך שימוש בכלים טכנולוגיים ודאטה להשגת התייעלות פיננסית מירבית.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

• ניהול כולל של חטיבות המטה והייצור : מפעלים, לוגיסטיקה, תחזוקה ורכש.
• ניהול ישיר, חניכה הובלה של דרג מנהלי המחלקות באופרציה.
• הובלה וניהול תקציבי המפעלים של הקבוצה, תוך ניתוח של מדדים פיננסיים.
• גיבוש, ניהול וסגירת הסכמים מסחריים מול ספקים וקבלנים.
• ⁠הטמעת פתרונות טכנולוגיים מתקדמים וכלי AI לטובת ייעול, אוטומציה ושיפור מערכי הייצור והלוגיסטיקה.
• ⁠נוכחות שטח קבועה באתרי האופרציה, ומתן מעטפת תמיכה נגישה לכלל הדרגים בארגון.
