Clinical Application Specialist and Customer Site Manager

Role Overview

RealView Imaging is pioneering the field of real-time 3D holographic imaging for interventional cardiology.

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will lead the clinical adoption of this breakthrough technology at top hospitals worldwide - ensuring it becomes a routine, high-value solution in daily procedures in a cathlab environment.

This exciting role will evolve as a career growth opportunity from Clinical Application Specialist growing into a Customer Site Manager, as you will gradually own the relationship and success of assigned sites end-to-end: from first case to sustained usage, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide hands-on clinical support during procedures (on-site and remote)
2. Lead site launches, including preparation, training, and first clinical cases
3. Train physicians, nurses, and technicians on system use and clinical value
4. Track and improve site performance (usage, adoption, satisfaction)
5. Identify and resolve barriers to clinical adoption
6. Develop and optimize site-specific workflows to enable routine adoption
7. Own relationships with key stakeholders across assigned sites
8. Support clinical advocacy (case studies, publications, conferences)
9. Conduct structured customer feedback and translate insights into new product requirements with R&D and Marketing departments
10. Partner with commercial organization to enable expansion (non-selling role)

Candidate Profile

Must Have

1. Clinical background in interventional cardiology environment (clinical applications specialist or similar)

2. Hands-on experience in live procedures

3. Experience with 3D ultrasound imaging

4. Strong clinical credibility with physicians

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

1. Med-tech startup or product launch experience

2. Background in clinical studies, training, or publications

3. Microsoft Office skills for presentations and reporting

Experience & Skills

1. Several years of experience in cardiology, imaging equipment, or cath lab settings

2. Ability to train and influence multidisciplinary clinical teams

3. Calm and effective under pressure in procedure rooms

4. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and workflow optimization skills

5. Data-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes

Additional Information

1. Location: Israel (global travel required)

2. Reporting: to VP of Business Development

3. Travel: Frequent, including on-site clinical support

4. Scope: ownership of multiple international clinical sites
