Radio Frequency System Engineer

We are looking for an RF System Engineer to join a leading defense company and take part in developing advanced wireless communication systems.

This is a key role involving end-to-end system responsibility in a cutting-edge technological environment, with direct impact on complex system development and integration.

Responsibilities:

• System design, specification, and architecture of advanced RF communication systems
• Perform Link Budget calculations, system analysis, and performance evaluations
• Lead system integration and validation activities, including hands-on work with RF test equipment
• Manage integration processes and conduct lab and field testing
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Firmware)
• Define system requirements and lead engineering tasks end-to-end

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Physics – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in RF System Engineering – mandatory
• Proven experience in system specification and writing technical requirements – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Link Budget analysis and performance evaluation – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication architectures, modulation methods, and network access techniques – mandatory
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments with a system-level perspective – mandatory
• Willingness for field work and strong learning ability – mandatory
