R&D Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead cross product\division projects.

As a member of the Cross Project Management team you will be responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, quality, and risks as well as communication with all stakeholders while working with many R&D teams, Product Management, Operation, Services and the PMO.

In this role, you will also act as a catalyst for AI transformation, identifying opportunities to build and implement automated solutions that elevate our operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage project scope, schedule, and risks across multiple R&D and Product teams
• Process Engineering: Architect and prototype AI-driven automations (scripts, custom agents,LLM integrations) to streamline reporting and eliminate manual overhead
• AI Integration: Embed AI tools into the engineering workflow, validating and iterating on AI- generated outputs (code, docs, tests)
• Visibility & KPIs: Maintain radical transparency for stakeholders through data-driven metrics and predictive reporting
• Innovation Scouting: Stay ahead of AI trends to drive operational excellence within the PMO and wider R&D group
  
  

• Technical Foundation: B.Sc. in Computer Science (or related) and 2–3 years of R&D Project Management in a global software org
• A "Builder" Mindset: A proven track record of moving beyond existing tools to create custom technical solutions for workflow gaps
• AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with the LLM landscape, Prompt Engineering, and leveraging APIs for optimization
• Full-Stack Mindset: A desire to understand the entire product ecosystem, from UX and front- end behavior to deployment pipelines and data stores
• Agile Agility: Comfort in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and AI-driven evolution is the goal
  
  

• Scripting: Experience with Python or JavaScript for data automation
• AI Architecting: Experience building LangChain agents, custom GPTs, or AI-PM tool integrations
• Security Context: Knowledge of Cyber Security solutions or CyberArk products
• MBA, M.Sc, or PMI/PMP
