We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Information Systems Manager to join our team and take ownership of our business applications ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the company's core business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to understand business needs, implement solutions, streamline processes, and ensure our systems support company growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving employee productivity through technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company's business applications landscape, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Monday.com, Slack, Salesforce CRM, and additional SaaS platforms.
• Serve as the primary administrator for all assigned systems, including user management, permissions, workflows, automations, integrations, and configurations.
• Gather business requirements from various teams and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize business processes through application configuration and automation.
• Lead implementation projects for new tools, modules, and system enhancements.
• Manage integrations between systems and ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, governance policies, and best practices.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, adoption, security, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with IT, Security, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to support operational needs.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external implementation partners when required.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience managing and administering enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on experience with several of the following platforms: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Monday.com, Slack, Salesforce CRM, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of business process design, workflow management, and SaaS administration.
• Experience implementing automations, integrations, and system improvements.
• Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
  

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Atlassian certifications.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or additional enterprise platforms.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis.
• Experience in high-growth technology or cybersecurity companies.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
