Join Noname (Akamai API Security) to protect the entire API lifecycle with full discovery, real-time visibility, intelligent threat detection, and continuously uncover shadow APIs, audit vulnerabilities, and stop attacks before they start.

What You'll Own

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to drive the design, automation, scalability, and operational excellence of our cloud-native platform.

As a Senior DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers while defining and executing the infrastructure and platform engineering strategy.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and standards using Terraform, CloudFormation, and related technologies.
• Owning and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Establishing operational excellence practices, including monitoring, observability, incident management, and disaster recovery.
• Driving cloud cost optimization, automation initiatives, and platform self-service capabilities.
• Influencing architectural decisions and technology strategy for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
  
  

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have 2+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure teams.
• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Have proven experience designing and operating production-grade Kubernetes platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and CloudFormation).
• Have extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Have solid automation and scripting skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies
• Have experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Have good Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting skills
• Have experience managing production incidents and leading root cause analysis activities.
