Information Technology Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the local IT operations of a global organization and manage a small team.

This role is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day IT activities, including infrastructure, user support, and implementation of global IT solutions at the local level

You will act as the main point of contact between the local business and the global IT organization, ensuring smooth operations, high service levels, and alignment with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a local IT team (3 employees)

Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and information security

Provide technical support for end-users and business systems (including ERP)

Ensure SLA compliance and high service levels

Handle IT issues end-to-end (from troubleshooting to resolution)

Requirements

4+ years of experience in IT (Infrastructure / System / Support roles)

Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role

Strong hands-on experience with:

Active Directory / Azure AD Office 365 / Microsoft environments

Experience working in a global company – advantage

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment
