Power Platform Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Lead to spearhead our organization's Power Platform initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership. You will be responsible for the entire solution lifecycle amfrom requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, deployment, and governance.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProfessional Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from concept to production
• .Business Analysis: Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient, scalable technology solutions
• .Technical Implementation: Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• .Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain organizational standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the Power Platform
• .Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and IT teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

.Requirement

• sProfessional Experience: 5+ years of experience in information systems implementation
• .Platform Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• .Advanced Skills: Proven hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
• .Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge: Extensive experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including security, governance, and permissions management
• .Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, initiatives, and business processes across an organization
