We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Microsoft Systems Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn, manage, and become the subject matter expert for the systems and products owned by the team
• Implement infrastructure tasks as part of quarterly work plans and strategic initiatives
• Design and plan enterprise infrastructure architecture, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and Identity solutions
• Work closely with development teams, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise
• Maintain and optimize enterprise systems while ensuring high availability, security, and performance
• Lead and support infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and production deployment
• Develop and maintain complex PowerShell scripts for automation and operational needs
• Perform performance and load testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and support production releases
• Drive infrastructure improvements and implement best practices across the environment

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/advanced technical training
• At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 services, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Extensive experience with Azure AD
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with Exchange (On-Premises and/or Online)
• Familiarity with Windows Servers, SQL Server, and IIS
• Experience in infrastructure architecture design, system maintenance, infrastructure projects, and supporting development teams
