The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on, independent Product Manager to own the end-to-end patient-facing experience during a maternity leave replacement. You will take over an active roadmap, improve key customer journeys, and work across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Care and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires a fast ramp-up, clear stakeholder communication and a structured handback at the end of the assignment.

What You’ll Own

Patient journey & conversion

• Own the patient experience across web and mobile, from doctor discovery and booking to consultation and follow-up.
• Identify friction in the funnel and improve conversion, booking success, time to care and patient confidence.
• Improve clarity around availability, appointment confirmation, cancellations and next steps.

Product delivery & roadmap

• Drive existing roadmap initiatives from discovery and requirements through launch and measurement.
• Prioritize opportunities and trade-offs; translate user problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design and QA to deliver reliable, intuitive experiences.

Data & collaboration

• Analyze funnel behavior, user feedback and operational data; form hypotheses and evaluate experiments.
• Define and monitor KPIs, including abandonment, booking completion and customer experience.
• Align patient-side priorities with doctor-side, insurance-partner and operational dependencies.

What We’re Looking For

Must have

• 4+ years of product management experience, including independent ownership of a customer-facing digital product.
• Strong B2C UX, conversion-funnel and analytical product thinking.
• Proven end-to-end delivery with Engineering and Design teams.
• Ability to ramp up quickly, make decisions independently and communicate clearly across functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong stakeholder-management skills and clear product documentation.

Nice to have

• Healthtech, traveltech, insurtech, marketplace or booking-platform experience.
• Experience with mobile products, international audiences and multilingual journeys.
• Hands-on familiarity with Mixpanel, SQL, experimentation or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled customer experiences and automation.

• Continuity: quickly complete a structured handover and keep agreed patient-side roadmap priorities moving.
• Impact: use established metrics to identify and deliver measurable improvements in conversion, booking reliability and patient experience.
• Ownership: independently manage day-to-day decisions, communicate trade-offs and document decisions for a smooth handback.
