What You'll Do

🔹 Operate and maintain servers, operating systems, storage, and backup environments

🔹 Perform proactive health checks and system updates

🔹 Monitor servers and IT infrastructure performance

🔹 Manage user accounts and permissions

🔹 Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex incidents when required

🔹 Work in a highly available, enterprise-scale environment

Requirements

✔ 2–4 years of experience in System Administration, IT Support, Help Desk, or related roles

✔ Experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Windows Server environments, and Exchange (On-Premises & Microsoft 365)

✔ Familiarity with VMware virtualization environments – an advantage

✔ Experience with storage solutions such as Nutanix – an advantage

✔ Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault – an advantage

✔ Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally

✔ Ability to obtain security clearance

✔ Valid driver's license
