The straintronics lab in Ben-Gurion University is happy to announce new openings for highly motivated and passionate Postocs and PhD students in fully funded - high salary - and highly interesting projects.

The projects includes novel techniques of straining 2-dimensional materials with cryogenic optical spectroscopy highly linked to Raman spectroscopy and single photon emitters.

Advantage will be given to candidates with previous experience in:

• Building scientific optical setups
• Single photon measurements
• Raman spectroscopy
