ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Engineer

We are hiring an ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) Engineer for one of Israel’s largest national infrastructure mega-projects – The Green Line Light Rail.

If you are looking for a complex, multi-disciplinary role that bridges engineering, operations, and data analysis in an international environment—this is your next step!

• O&M Planning: Develop and optimize maintenance and operational plans.
• Systems & Data: Manage technical databases and work with MMIS & operational systems.
• Analytics: Analyze data, track KPIs, and manage performance dashboards.
• Documentation: Prepare ILS documentation, technical manuals, and maintenance guides.
• Interfaces: Collaborate with global suppliers, engineering teams, and IT.
  

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management – preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in complex, large-scale projects.
• Background: Proven experience in maintenance, operations, or information systems.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Languages: High-level English (written and spoken) – Must.
• Advantage: Experience in infrastructure, railways, or EPC projects.

Please note:

• The job is at our partner's office in Holon.
• This is a hybrid position (1 day work-from-home).
• The role is a project-based position for a duration of 2 years.
