Job Description

• Development of UAV systems combining advanced software and hardware, from solution definition through requirements writing, integrations, testing, and delivery to the customer
• Leading complex integrations involving systems, payloads, and related components
• Defining requirements for various system components and writing specification and design documents
• Leading development and integration efforts מול multidisciplinary engineering teams – airborne software, C2 software, simulators, QA/testing, electronics, and more

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – advantage
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Systems Engineer in a multidisciplinary system combining software and hardware
• Engineering development experience (electrical design / software / flight control), including familiarity with tools such as Matlab / Python and communication protocols
• Experience in aerospace or autonomous vehicles – advantage
• Military background in UAV units (operation / technical / engineering) – advantage
• High level of English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and process management abilities, and strong teamwork skills
