German Speaking Program Manager

🌍 German-Speaking Program Manager | IoT Division

A global leader in advanced tracking, identification, and security solutions is looking for a German-speaking Program Manager to join its growing IoT division.

This is a customer-facing role focused on managing international programs and strategic customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

🚀 What you'll do:

• Lead customer programs from onboarding through ongoing maintenance and support

• Manage renewals, account growth, and expansion opportunities

• Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including European government organizations

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

• Track project progress using CRM and project management tools

• Oversee operational aspects including logistics, billing, partner coordination, and technical support

• Deliver customer training programs and support successful solution adoption

• Prepare and present project status reports and performance updates

🎯 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar customer-facing roles within the tech industry

• Experience working with European government customers

• Fluent German – mandatory

• Experience managing international projects

• Experience in B2B technology companies

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools

• Experience delivering customer training programs

• Customer-centric mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills

• Technical understanding of hardware deployment and configuration management

• Excellent English communication skills

• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%)

• International background (living abroad, foreign citizenship, etc.) – a strong advantage
