Why eSentire
eSentire is the Authority in Managed Detection and Response, protecting the critical data and applications of 2000+ organizations in 80+ countries from known and unknown cyber threats. Our threat intelligence team operates on one of the most comprehensive and diverse telemetry sets in the MDR industry — giving this role access to real-world adversary data that shapes both the product and the broader security community.
About the Role
eSentire is looking for a Product Manager, Threat Intelligence to own the product vision and roadmap for our threat intelligence, threat hunting, and third-party risk management (TPRM) capabilities. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will set direction, define requirements, and drive outcomes across engineering, research, and go-to-market teams without direct people management responsibilities.
You will be the product authority on how eSentire operationalizes intelligence: from raw indicator ingestion and adversary tracking through to proactive hunting and supplier risk workflows — translating deep domain expertise into platform capabilities that keep our customers ahead of the threat.
Based in Tel Aviv, you will be embedded in one of the world's most concentrated threat intelligence talent ecosystems, collaborating closely with eSentire's global product, engineering, and threat research teams across North America.
What You'll Own
- Roadmap & vision. Define and own the multi-year product roadmap spanning threat intelligence, threat hunting, and TPRM — from data collection and enrichment through analyst workflows and customer-facing outputs.
- Intelligence platform. Drive development of eSentire's TI platform: indicator management, threat actor profiling, campaign tracking, and intelligence dissemination pipelines that feed our SOC and hunting teams.
- Threat hunting capabilities. Partner with our threat hunting practice to build the tooling and workflows that allow hunters to operate at scale — hypothesis management, hunt libraries, and findings integration into detection engineering.
- TPRM product. Own the product strategy for third-party risk management: vendor assessment workflows, continuous monitoring integrations, and risk scoring that helps customers manage supply chain exposure.
- Intelligence feeds & partnerships. Evaluate and inform decisions around commercial TI feed integrations, ISACs, and open-source intelligence sources; define how external intelligence gets normalized, scored, and acted upon.
- Customer & market insight. Conduct ongoing discovery with customers, prospects, and internal analysts to validate roadmap direction and surface unmet needs.
- Go-to-market alignment. Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and solutions teams to articulate the value of eSentire's intelligence capabilities in market, including pricing and packaging decisions.
- Daily requirements. Drive day-to-day requirements definition and backlog refinement with engineering — writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities that keep delivery moving without sacrificing product quality.
- Outcome measurement. Define KPIs around intelligence operationalization, hunt efficacy, and TPRM adoption; use data to drive prioritization.
What You Bring
We're looking for candidates who have operated inside the intelligence discipline — as an analyst, hunter, or practitioner — and have the product skills to turn that expertise into scalable platform capabilities.
Required
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping complex B2B platform or data products.
- Hands-on background in threat intelligence, threat hunting, or a closely adjacent discipline — you have produced intelligence, run hunts, or built the tooling that supports these workflows, and can hold a credible technical conversation with analysts and hunters.
- Working knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle: collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and feedback. Familiarity with STIX/TAXII, MISP, or similar standards and platforms.
- Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and how it is applied in detection engineering, hunting hypothesis generation, and adversary tracking.
- Familiarity with TPRM frameworks and supply chain risk concepts — you understand what customers are trying to achieve with vendor risk programs and what gaps existing tools leave.
- Experience working within an MSSP or MDR environment, or building products for one — you understand the service delivery model and its operational constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment without authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable presenting to executives and customers.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications (GCTI, GCFE, GREM, or equivalent).
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) such as Recorded Future, Mandiant Advantage, ThreatConnect, or Anomali.
- Background in nation-state threat tracking or geopolitical intelligence analysis.
- Alumni of elite IDF intelligence, cyber, or signals units (e.g., Unit 8200, Unit 81, SIGINT directorate) — the analytical tradecraft, source evaluation skills, and operational security mindset developed in these roles map directly to this position.
- Familiarity with the Israeli threat landscape and regional adversary activity — a perspective that adds meaningful signal to eSentire's global intelligence picture.
Working at eSentire — Tel Aviv
We have built this role with the Israeli work environment in mind. A few things worth knowing:
- Direct culture, welcome here. Israeli professional culture is known for directness, intellectual challenge, and flat hierarchies. We value this. Debate ideas openly, push back on decisions, and expect the same in return.
- Reserve duty (Miluim). We fully support employees with IDF reserve duty obligations. We understand miluim is a civic responsibility and will work with you to manage scheduling without impact to your standing or compensation.
- Holiday calendar. Our Tel Aviv team observes the Israeli public holiday calendar, including Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Passover, and Independence Day. We plan around these, not over them.
- Work week. We align to the standard Israeli tech work week (Sunday through Thursday), with flexibility built in for cross-timezone collaboration with North American counterparts.
- Time zone collaboration. Core overlap with eSentire's Canadian and US teams is typically mid-morning Israel time (late morning EST). We keep synchronous demands reasonable and document decisions thoroughly for async follow-up.
- Language. English is the working language for cross-functional collaboration. Internal team communication may be in Hebrew.
